OSHA has issued its emergency temporary standard (ETS) under which large employers (100+ employees) are required to ensure their employees have received the COVID-19 vaccination or provide weekly negative COVID-19 test results.  The CMS and federal contractor mandates also require vaccination with no testing option.  During this webinar, Ogletree Deakins attorney Dee Anna Hays will guide participants through the requirements, the pending legal challenges, and issues employers may face implementing them in the workplace.
